Anyone who can crack the conundrum of getting more people to consume their 5-a-day, particularly with vegetables will be onto something very significant. Vegetable Juices becoming more palatable? Vegetable derived protein smoothies - why not?

Bread sales

I also predict an increase in the sale of sourdough bakery products, in the similar fashion that gluten free breads have grown in popularity. Waitrose, M&S and Sainsburys have all increased their sourdough products on sale and I'm sure that other food manufacturers will follow suit. A subsequent drop in sales of white, yeast-risen bread may follow.
